We collect information you provide when creating an account: your name, email address, and organization name. We also store test cases, test runs, and other content you create inside the platform. Server logs may capture your IP address and browser type for security and debugging purposes.
We use your data solely to provide the Testyn service — authentication, sending transactional emails (account verification, password reset), and storing your test management content. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Testyn uses strictly necessary cookies to maintain your login session. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are set. Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on the registration page) may set cookies governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings, which permanently removes all personal data and content associated with your account.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export a copy of your data or delete your account directly from your profile settings. For other requests, contact us at testyn@expertsqa.com.
We use Neon (PostgreSQL hosting) for database storage, and optionally AWS S3 or compatible storage for file attachments. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements.
