You may use Testyn for lawful test management purposes. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not use the Service to store illegal content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service's operation.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of the content you create in Testyn. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, fix bugs, or make changes to the Service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Testyn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will note the "last updated" date above when changes are made.
